Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Returns Policy

To return any item that is discovered damaged or not as per your original order or the size does not fit properly. Please contact customer service by email at support@exoticstore.in The company shall decide whether the Product shall be replaced or not and the same shall be communicated to you.
All defective Products which are not as per order must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return authorization number. Postage and charges for return of these will not be refunded. Please note that Products shall be in a saleable condition, unused with the product tags and shall be sent through a proper packaging to us. Please allow 5 to 10 days from the day we receive the product for your request to be processed. You will be communicated once your return is accepted/rejected. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy. Some special rules for promotional offers may override this Policy. In all the cases, company’s decision to replace the product shall be final and binding on you.

 

Refunds Policy

 

No cash refund shall be given in any case, including but not limited to the following:

Return of products in case of defective products/products not as per the original order. On-processing of order due to technical errors. Cancellation of order.

In-store credit shall be given to the customer in above-mentioned cases. In store credit means an amount shall be credited to the account of customer (excluding taxes and shipping charges), and the same shall be used by the customer for making their next online purchase on the website. If the customer does not have an account on the website, the same shall be created for getting the in store credit.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at {support@exoticstore.in} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later. We will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Declaration:-

We accept returns of products purchased online that are unused, unworn, with original hang tags and packing attached.
 
 
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit.
  • Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from Online Return Portal that clearly indicates which items are being returned.                             (If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.)
  • If Damaged, defective, or incorrect items you receive Must be reported within 2–3 days of delivery.
  • You can expect a refund in any electronic payment (UPI) originally used for purchase within 5-10 business days of us receiving your returned product.

Use of Site

Exotic Collections grants you a limited licence to access and make personal use of the site and the service. This licence does not include any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another vendor or any other third party; caching, unauthorized hypertext links to the site and the framing of any content available through the site uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that you do not have a right to make available (such as the intellectual property of another party); uploading, posting, or transmitting any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; any action that imposes or may impose (in Exotic Collection’s sole discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Exotic Collection’s infrastructure; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. You may not bypass any measures used by Exotic Collections to prevent or restrict access to the site. Any unauthorized use by you shall terminate the permission or licence granted to you by Exotic Collections.
 
The www.ecoticstore.in service is not available to minors under the age of 18 or to any users suspended or removed from the system by Exotic Collections for any reason. Users may not have more than one active account. Additionally, users are prohibited from selling, trading, or otherwise transferring your www.Exoticworld.com account to another party. If you do not qualify, you may not use the www.Exoticworld.com service or the site.
 
In consideration of your use of the site, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws as applicable in India. You also agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the site’s registration form. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete (or becomes untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete). If Exotic Collections has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Exotic Collections has the right to suspend or terminate your account. It may refuse any and all current or future use of the site (or any portion thereof). If you use the site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Because of this, we strongly recommend that you exit from your account at the end of each session. You agree to notify Exotic Collections immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Exotic Collections reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at its sole discretion.
